Cuplock Scaffolding System
The Cup-Lock Scaffolding System is a versatile solution that can be used both as a working platform and as a load-bearing
shoring system beneath slabs and beams. The locking mechanism consists of a rigid connection between the bottom cup,
top cup, and ledger blade components, ensuring fast assembly and exceptional structural stability. To compensate for level
differences at ground level and beneath slab or beam formwork, TS EN 74-3 certified adjustable base jacks and 4-way or
U-head top jacks are utilized.
Manufactured in accordance with TS EN 12810-1 standards, the system incorporates 48 × 3.0 mm vertical members and
48 × 2.5 mm horizontal members, all produced from TSE-certified industrial steel tubes that have successfully passed
mechanical testing procedures.
