Telescopic Pole Manufacturing

Telescopic pole manufacturing is the production process of durable pole systems made of interlocking profiles that can be adjusted according to different height requirements. These poles provide practical use in lighting, camera systems, flagpoles, antenna carriers, security equipment, and field applications.

During the manufacturing process, the appropriate material is first selected according to the intended area of use. Steel, aluminum, or galvanized profiles are evaluated based on strength, lightness, and outdoor conditions. Then, the profiles are measured, cut, welded, and connection points are prepared. The telescopic structure, which allows the pole to extend and retract in stages, is manufactured with precise dimensions and a strong locking system.

Installation Instructions for Telescopic Shoring Prop Slab Formwork

1. Setting Out: Project axes are marked on-site, and tripods are positioned.

2. Prop and Head Assembly: Telescopic props are secured with tripods, and four-way fork heads are mounted on top.

3. Elevation Adjustment: Props are adjusted according to the slab soffit level, and safety pins are locked.

4. Primary Beam: Primary beams are placed onto the fork heads, complying with the required overlapping distances.

5. Secondary Beam: Secondary beams are laid over the primary beams in accordance with the project layout spacing.

6. Leveling Control: Plumb, level, and load-transfer inspections of the system are completed.

7. Plywood Sheathing: Plywood panels are installed tightly over the secondary beams without leaving any gaps.

8. Final Inspection: Prior to concrete pouring, all connections and structural stability are checked and approved.
